Mezzi Paccheri - Vegan

Our newest pasta shape, originating in Naples, Paccheri means “slap.” It is a large tubular pasta we make using a bronze die and no eggs. Natural is great for vegan entrees. Serve with a rich heavy or spicy sauce. Cook time approx. 10-12 minutes.
