Mama Mucci's Pasta is kneaded through a series of rollers to create a continuous sheet of pasta which is gently wrapped around our delicious fillings to give you that one and only homemade taste. The rolling process creates pasta dough that has a firm, thin texture, which compliments the filling and better holds the sauce. Mass pasta producers can not duplicate this authentic texture because they extrude the pasta to form around the fillings. |
All of our fillings are prepared and made from scratch in our kitchens. Just the way you would if you had the time. You can taste and see the quality difference when you cut into our ravioli, where you will find pieces and chunks of our superb fillings in every bite. You won't find tasteless ground or pureed fillings in Mama Mucci's pastas. |
